Tanya Scott

Tanya Scott is the owner of TAB San Diego Central and has been working with business owners since 1989, helping them achieve their goals for the business and for themselves. Tanya specializes in developing growth strategies for mid-market private businesses, which includes tactics for maximizing and protecting business value and understanding cash flows and profitability. She helps business owners develop and implement comprehensive transition strategies to support them in successfully exiting from the business.

As a CPA and partner with Hutchinson and Bloodgood LLP, Tanya combines exceptional technical skills with very strategic, insightful planning and implementation skills. This combination of talents has made her a trusted advisor for many business owners who appreciate her ability to make complex issues understandable, while having a lot of “heart” for the people involved.

Tanya graduated Cum Laude from Utah State University with a degree in Accounting, and is a member of the Business Enterprise Institute’s Network of Exit Planning Professionals™.

Linnea Blair

Linnea Blair is a Facilitator and Coach with TAB San Diego Central. She has over 20 years of executive management and coaching experience. Her focus is on business strategy, financial management, leadership, and business process design.

Linnea is the owner and founder of Advisors On Target, LLC, a business coaching and consulting company. She also has experience as the Business Consulting Manager of a large local CPA firm in San Diego, and served as a District Manager and Field Consultant to Franchisees of a national corporation.

Linnea is a member of San Diego Business Resources, San Diego Professional Coaches Alliance, the San Diego Regional Chamber of Commerce, and STAR-San Diego. She has a Bachelor’s degree from Northern Arizona University along with extensive post graduate education in business management and coaching.

Paul Byrne

Paul Byrne, Facilitator and Coach for TAB San Diego Central, is a seasoned financial and operating executive with experience ranging from start-ups to Fortune 100 companies.

Paul is a business transformation leader, who has helped companies see where they are and helped them obtain the vision of where they need to go to achieve success. He has achieved this through results-oriented marketing and sales and helping businesses achieve operational efficiencies. In one case, his efforts resulted in two transactions valued at over $600M in less than 3years.

Paul also is entrepreneurial, bootstrapping his own outsource financial and technical company; he ran the business for a decade and successfully sold it.

Paul has full command of finance, helping business leaders read the tea leaves of finance to make the right call. Additionally, Paul is a seasoned operational executive with a thorough understanding of operations and supply chain management to squeeze profit out of business wherever he can.

Paul also has built and led marketing and sales organizations to help businesses become disruptive in the marketplace; breaking into new markets leveraging partnering and distribution opportunities.

Ariel Hunt

Ariel Hunt is the Office Administrator for TAB San Diego Central. She recently graduated from San Francisco State University with a degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance.

Ariel possesses the highest level of customer service, and has an outstanding ability to communicate well with others. While working in a variety of industries, she has gained valuable social media traction and marketing skills which she uses as a leader for TAB San Diego Central.

Ariel is pursuing the requirements for licensing as a Certified Public Accountant.
